Ceramic Band heaters are specifically designed and engineered to meet the ever increasing demand for energy conservation and to improve operation efficiency.
Kalka Ceramic Band Heaters are made of helically wound nickel chrome resistance coil precisely stretched with uniform coil PCD and inserted through Steatite Ceramic Cores forming a flexible heating mat. It is then placed in flexible stainless steel housing with ceramic fibre insulation. These heaters are very flexible and can be fitted easily. Every heaters are made with quality raw material and specially cared by our production team to ensure for long life, uniform heat transfer & energy efficient.
Construction: Made of imported fused silica and glass tubes, along with a heat-resistant rubber cover, a connecting cable, and interchangeable refractory heaters. For highly corrosive liquid, we employ SS 304, SS 316, SS316L, and 99.9% pure lead coating on SS tubes in SS containers. Application: All acids with the exception of hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids have the highest operating temperatures. Additionally used for heating in anodizing brilliant dip baths, ferric chloride etching baths, etc.
